This notice applies to the Cyvin mobile app and related support interactions. By continuing to use the app, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this notice and understand how relevant information may be handled.

- Nickname, avatar, profile edits, and other account-facing information.
- Favorites, custom mixes, saved preferences, and user-entered ambience records.
- Photos, voice clips, captions, notes, or other content you intentionally add.
- Support emails, feedback, and bug reports.
Information Collected During App Operation
- Basic device and software information relevant to compatibility and diagnostics.
- General app usage details, such as which functions are used and how often they are accessed.
- Network status data needed for limited connected features and web content loading.
Permission-Based Access
- Camera access may be requested for capturing imagery within supported features.
- Photo library access may be requested so you can pick specific images from your device.
- Microphone access may be requested if you choose to create or attach recordings.
- Network access may be used to display online documents and support resources.

- To provide the app’s playback, customization, browsing, and profile functionality.
- To store your selected preferences, saved content, and personalized usage state.
- To improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and enhance app quality.

4. Community and User Content Standards
Where Cyvin supports user-created content or submitted material, users must not use the app to post, store, transmit, or share content that includes:
- Sexual exploitation, pornography, explicit nudity, or obscene material.
- Graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, or shocking harmful imagery.
- Gambling promotion, betting content, or monetary games of chance.
- Illegal drug promotion, trafficking guidance, or substance abuse glorification.
- Political propaganda, coordinated manipulation, or extremist advocacy.
- Discrimination, hate speech, targeted harassment, or abusive intimidation.
- Spam, phishing, malware, impersonation, infringement, or other unlawful activity.
Cyvin may review and remove material or restrict usage when necessary to maintain safety and compliance.
5. Disclosure Practices
We do not sell personal information. Limited disclosure may occur in situations such as operational support, compliance with law, protection of rights and safety, corporate transactions, or when you ask us to share data for a specific purpose.
6. Security and Retention
Reasonable safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, and disclosure risks. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for operational, support, legal, or security purposes. Locally stored information may also depend on your device and app lifecycle.

- You can control many app permissions in iOS Settings.
- You may edit or remove in-app content where the feature supports it.
- You may contact us about privacy concerns or rights requests.
- You may use account deletion tools if that function is available in the app.
8. Region-Specific Rights

If Cyvin updates this notice, the revised version will be published with a new effective date. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised notice.
